Ayd Instone is an expert in explaining and training creative confidence and innovative thinking.  He is a qualified coach and has a degree in Physics. He set up his own graphic design and brand consultancy, ‘Eldamar ltd’ in 2001. Ayd began speaking professionally after having performed standup comedy for a number of years. He designed and delivered a training programme for business called ‘Ideas Workshop’ to train creative intelligence. He now offers a number of keynotes on creativity, humorous speaking and presentation skills. In September 2007 he launched a new company that creates games that teach entrepreneurship called ‘Ultrapreneur’ (see www.ultrapreneur-game.com). He has published a number of books, '7 Keys to Creative Genius', ‘52 Questions on Creative Thinking’ and ‘How to Survive Infidelity’. He is also a singer/songwriter, having performed with his band ‘Luma Chroma’, releasing a number of singles and has written over 350 songs.
